Seller (RCraigspits) guarantees that you are getting a pure bred American Pitbull Terrier of said Sire and Dam. Seller guarantees this dog is free from any communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale. At the expense of the buyer, this dog must be examined by a licensed Veterinarian with 24 hours of purchase. The time limit is because after a purchase of a dog, it is then taken to places where communicable diseases are present. If the Licensed Vet. finds any genetic diseases wrong with the dog in the time limit after purchase, you may return the dog to RCraigspits and get another dog of equal value. You must bring proof from the Vet as to the problem of the dog. RCraigspits reserve the right to have my Vet check the dog before a replacement is given. All dogs will come with a Vet Health Record and first shots and worming. ____________int.
Under no circumstances is the buyer to ever fight or face off the dog with other dogs. If there is evidence of the dog being abused or used in any illegal activity, the seller will reposes the dog with no financial compensation to the buyer. The buyer also agrees to sign over all registered certificates to RCraigspits. ___________int.
Should the buyer break this contract in any way, ownership of said dog reverts back to the seller. Buyer releases RCraigspits and their estate from any and all damages including but not limited to destruction of property and or physical damages to any person or another animal.
The undersigned Buyer and Seller acknowledge this is a legal and binding contract and have received a copy.
